Art Case,

President

 

 

Art Case began his construction career in Phoenix, AZ in 1978. Since that time, he has

been responsible for nearly $560 million of construction projects. Since the time that he

co-founded Low Mountain Construction, Inc. in 1992, the company has performed nearly $320 million of construction in the public and private sectors. Mr. Case oversees all preconstruction services for the firm, including budgeting, design review, estimating, and initial project scheduling.

Mandy Reed,

Director of Business Developement

Mandy built an impressive background in the residential & commercial markets working at local title companies, an architectural design firm, & a commercial concrete construction company. She has held such positions as escrow officer, business development manager, & project manager. Her professional history has provided her a mosaic of industry knowledge she looks forward to putting to work for business partners as Director of Business Development for Low Mountain Construction. 

Wayne Hatch has been at Low Mountain Construction, Inc. since its inception in May of 1992 and has overseen and/or managed the nearly $320 million of construction that Low Mountain Construction has performed. He has extensive background and experience in job cost accounting, scheduling, and overall project management. Mr. Hatch oversees all construction project management activities for the firm.
